THU 2/20/25: Due to more wintry precipitation just now moving into the area, BCS will operate on a 2 HOUR DELAY. Because of the delayed start to school, the previously scheduled two-hour early dismissal will NOT happen. Schools will dismiss at their regular times.

Erwin High-Twilight School begins tomorrow after school. Enrolled student must stay after school and attend. Attendance is mandatory for enrolled students.

Campus traffic patterns will change. Access to student parking before/after school will be at track entrance only. All student drop-off/pick-up should occur at main entrance. All student drivers must have a displayed parking permit. 1/2 year rate now applies.

Friday will be a regular 8:30 start for exam make-up day. Any student who missed an exam needs to be at school. Home basketball vs. Enka tomorrow night. Graduation on Saturday; 11:00 at Civic Center. No school for students on Monday. Second semester begins Tuesday.

Today's 2hr delay/exam schedule will be as follows:
9:30-10:00, Breakfast service.
10:00-1:30, 2nd period exam.
1:30, transition to 3rd period review and lunch service.
